November is a time to focus on all we have to be grateful for. We are so grateful for Belatu! She is a great example of a beloved member of the AJ family. She was our first housemother for the AJ Home and loved our girls unconditionally. Belatu fought for our girls to be the best they could be, and through her role as housemother, she became empowered to speak her mind and use her amazing and loving God-given abilities to run our home. Belatu has since retired but you will find her many days at the AJ Home, coming by to tend to the garden, mentoring the new housemothers, or having a meal with the girls and staff. Belatu will always be part of this home and our AJ Family.
