I understand that my child’s name, likeness, voice, and/or statements may be used in connection with this feature, and that no compensation will be provided for such use. Consent for use of photographs or content regarding minor children must be granted by a parent or legal guardian having authority to do so. By signing below, I/We confirm that we possess the legal authority and capacity to act as the authorized representative for the minor child involved. By granting consent for use of photographs and/or content regarding minor children, the parent or legal guardian warrants and represents that they have authority to give consent on behalf of the minor child(ren) and that dual consent or consent of another parent or legal guardian is not required.
