Courage, compassion, and grit are precisely what this particular AJ Girl showed in spades when she chose to make the St. Mother Teresa Home for the Sick and Dying Destitutes the focus of her “Change your Community” project this past summer. She worked in the unit of unwed mothers, giving support to girls her age and caring for their newborn babies while the young mothers could attend life skills classes. We love how our #AJGirls have shown leadership and love through their chosen service projects.
