Economic Empowerment through education, skills development, and income-generating opportunities!
We are helping the mothers in our Family Empowerment Program (FEP) fill income gaps while we work with them to create sustainable income-generating skills and opportunities.
The 50 mothers in our program get the opportunity to work at our FEP center on a rotating basis, performing food prep duties, planning and cooking meals.
This opportunity helps our moms earn extra money, on top of the monthly stipend they get from AJ, while also increasing their marketable skills for future employment.
