Imagine sharing one light, one water tap, and a restroom area with all of the neighbors on your street. This is how a majority of families live in Akaki-Kality, the sub-city we serve in Ethiopia. It is through communal living in their compounds and the sharing of utilities that families can afford light, water, and a bathroom area.
