💛 Today we want to give a shout out to our wonderful Family Empowerment Coordinator, Leila! Back in January, we asked Leila about why she likes working at Addis Jemari. She said, “I like everything about my job. It’s a dream job! The program is very beneficial to the mothers here because they can talk about their feelings and get support. I love when the moms come to the Center and open up to me and talk to me. I can also open up and share with the mothers my weaknesses and challenges, which helps me to better connect with them. I know this is my calling! It’s hard to take a day off. It doesn’t feel like it’s a job, but another home.”
