Join us in welcoming Karen Hoffstatter Latta to our AJ Board! Karen brings with her a servant’s heart and experience working on the board of two other non-profits, as well as serving on the missions committee at her church. She has been blessed to have participated in and led many mission trips within the US, Mexico, and, most recently, Ethiopia (serving with AJ in Addis Ababa). Karen and her husband, Chris, take great pleasure serving the Raleigh community by sponsoring and supporting many local events through their family business, Chick-fil-A Falls Village and Chick-fil-A Capital Crossing.
When asked to serve on our board, Karen said, “I am humbled and honored to have been asked to serve on the Addis Jemari board of directors. I deeply believe in AJ’s vision, and I look forward to seeing how God will use me in this role. My constant prayer is that I will make a difference in the lives of others.”
