Our 2020-2021 AJ teen board experienced fun, community, and service in abundance during their first official meeting of this school year. Getting everyone safely together has been a challenge. We appreciate all of them working with us as we find ways to keep them safe and engaged in supporting AJ and the work we do on behalf of the orphans and families in Ethiopia.
During their first meeting, they helped us write birthday cards for our birthday club to celebrate each child in our Family Empowerment Program on their special day. We are excited to see what creative and inspiring ideas these young leaders bring to our team as we continue to serve in these uncertain times.
