- Shortages of tap water are prevalent in the areas where our
Family Empowerment Program (FEP) families live. - When our FEP families get access to water, they have to fill
as many containers as they can to save for future use. - Many of the families in FEP have to, on average, spend 30
minutes every day traveling to get access to water. - Lack of access to safe and reliable water leaves our families,
especially the very young and the elderly, susceptible to
illness.
But the good thing is we can do something about this!
